The Third Act of Life is when we’re called to move beyond compartmentalized behaviors based on work titles, compensation, or status. It’s when we’re finally free to increase our flexibility, sharpen our judgment, and craft our purpose to achieve the legacy-defining impact we’re destined to realize.
Allan Milham
Allan founded Questage® to guide leaders who desire to thrive outside the walls of their former companies: in the context of their families, their networks and their communities.
From his early work consulting US Olympians to advising senior executives and executive teams globally, Allan has more than 30 years’ experience elevating top performers and their teams.
Allan served as a consultant for one of the world’s leading career transition firms, Drake Beam Morin. He relies on his intuitive gifts to guide senior executives in crafting lives of purpose and contribution. He continues this work with Questage to assist leaders who desire to create a compelling third act of life.
Allan also served in leadership roles with Marriott International and TMI USA, an international human resource consulting firm focused on performance management, customer service, culture change, and human relations. He is distinguished by being one of only 650 recipients worldwide of the Master Certified Coach designation awarded by the International Coach Federation.
Allan holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and studied with Dr. Martin Seligman, the leading thinker on positive psychology. He resides with his family in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Allan’s value has less to do with what he says and more to do with what he sees. He has an innate gift of recognition: an ability to have the leader to ‘know again’ the best (the heart) of who they once were, but has been buried.
